Sencerea “Sonnie” Kishna serves as the Chairperson of The Juniper Initiative, where she spearheads Capture Management and drives strategic growth across the organization. With more than 20 years of professional experience spanning healthcare management, business operations, and federal contract coordination, Sonnie brings a dynamic blend of leadership, organizational expertise, and innovative thinking to her role.

Sonnie’s career began in healthcare, where she managed multi-specialty medical practices, excelling in operations, compliance, and patient care. Her expertise in streamlining administrative functions, overseeing human resources, and managing accounts receivable/payable laid a strong foundation for her transition into business management. She is highly skilled in assembling and coordinating federal and state proposals and contracts, a critical asset to Juniper's success in securing key projects.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University, an Associate Degree in Business Management, and a Certified Medical Assistant degree.

In her role at Juniper, Sonnie leverages her extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail to lead capture efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and clients.
