Brittany F. Palmer brings more than 15 years of experience in launching startups and driving the growth of small businesses. She is a visionary leader with a proven track record in business strategy, marketing, and organizational development, shaping her career around driving growth and delivering meaningful outcomes

Her journey began in the Marketing department of a Healthcare IT firm in Washington, D.C. Brittany went on to play a key role in launching two successful startups, including a firm focused on marketing and proposal services for federal contractors. There, she honed her expertise in proposal development and business operations.

Brittany’s career advanced significantly when she joined an engineering startup in St. Louis targeting the federal market. She spearheaded the development of the company’s Marketing and Proposal division, leading efforts that secured approximately $85 million in contract value over two years. Inspired by her experiences, Brittany pursued an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management while managing the firm’s corporate operations during a period of rapid expansion.

In 2018, Brittany co-founded Juniper Environmental, LLC (now part of The Juniper Initiative). She played an instrumental role in establishing the company’s foundation and strategic direction, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s growth. Following a successful management transition, Brittany continues to support Juniper as a Board Member and Executive Business Consultant, leveraging her extensive expertise to drive organizational success.

Brittany holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Maryville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
