He has overseen teams delivering complex projects for public agencies, with expertise spanning engineering, construction, and environmental services.

Andrew’s project portfolio includes national monuments, healthcare facilities, infrastructure initiatives for federal agencies, and large-scale master planning efforts. His focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and innovative solutions has consistently driven impactful results for clients in the federal, state, and local markets.

As an entrepreneur, Andrew has co-founded and serves on the boards of several businesses, including The Juniper Intiative.
