Andrew Kishna brings more than 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in engineering, construction, and business management. Throughout his career, he has led multiple organizations to remarkable growth and success, earning recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. He has overseen teams delivering complex projects for public agencies, with expertise spanning engineering, construction, and environmental services.

Andrew’s project portfolio includes national monuments, healthcare facilities, infrastructure initiatives for federal agencies, and large-scale master planning efforts. His focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and innovative solutions has consistently driven impactful results for clients in the federal, state, and local markets.

As an entrepreneur, Andrew has co-founded and serves on the boards of several businesses, including The Juniper Intiative. His ventures reflect a commitment to providing multidisciplinary solutions across environmental services, construction, and back-office support. At Juniper, Andrew has played a pivotal role in fostering its growth and mission to deliver exceptional services to public and private sector clients.

Andrew is also deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He founded initiatives to support education, at-risk youth, and underserved families, including programs that have delivered resources to millions of individuals. Additionally, he actively supports military families and public service organizations through his philanthropic efforts.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis. His insights and expertise have been showcased in publications and keynote addresses, including presentations at industry conferences.
